Entangled in a love affair with the Strange and the Macabre from an early age, S.Jin’s illustrations provide a window to hazy daydreams of a dark, yet romantic quality. She seeks to break past the hard emotions that we wear on the outside of our everyday lives in order to capture moments of solitude when we are vulnerable to our most personal feelings. Behind the rose colored curtain is a beautiful blue world tinged with deep shadows which is waiting to be unveiled.
